To address the challenges faced by the European retail chain, we adopted a structured design thinking approach, beginning with thorough desk research to understand their brand identity, market needs, and existing inefficiencies in their design templates and processes. Collaborating closely with the client, we gathered detailed requirements and conducted iterative discussions to freeze specifications for textures, materials, and packaging standards. Our team standardized the end-to-end workflow by developing optimized templates that ensured consistency, scalability, and alignment with brand guidelines. Leveraging advanced tools and workflows, we delivered high-quality outputs at unprecedented speed, surpassing client expectations.
